Big news out of the couch today. We are no longer just a couch. We are a media group now. A whole group. Multiple properties. This is basically the sports media version of buying your second house.
Couch Side Sports is teaming up with Glacier Kings Report, home of all things VIJHL. Standings, scores, highlights, the whole junior hockey package. If you have never heard of the VIJHL, that is fine, that is kind of the point. It is grassroots hockey coverage done right, and now it is riding shotgun with us under one roof: the Couch Side Sports Media Group.
Here is what changes for you: basically nothing. We are still doing the same NFL and NHL coverage, same hot takes, same ridiculous rankings nobody asked for, same podcast. Nothing here gets watered down.
Here is what changes for the operation: we now have a legit local hockey outlet in the family, and you are going to start seeing some crossover between the two sites.
